+Isn't there a free CapCut template?

Often, yes, and if you're happy editing in the CapCut app it's a fine way to do it. Memelry is for people who'd rather not install an app or edit: one photo in the browser, the finished MP4 out.

+Which photos work best?

One person or pet, face clearly visible and facing the camera, in good light. Group photos, sunglasses, heavy filters and tiny or blurry faces give weaker results. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed.

+What if it fails, or it doesn't look like me?

You're only charged for a finished video: if it fails on our side, the credits go back to your account. If the video doesn't look like the person in your photo, email support@memelry.com and we refund it. Credits from a pack are valid for 12 months.
