What is the full chopping sequence?
The performer lifts the knife while the other hand stabilizes the fish, repeats the cuts and moves the knife aside at the end.
The selected file lasts about ten seconds and retains the entire finish. It does not extend into a fish-cooking tutorial or a separate reaction clip.
Can I replace the fish or choose another kitchen?
