Give the birthday friend the final reaction
Put your friend’s photo in the first upload slot. That character starts on the left, reacts to the speaker and returns for the final reaction as the doors close. Put yourself in the second slot if you want to appear as the person speaking and leaving.
Prepare the joke without changing the scene
Use a clear adult portrait with the intended clothes visible and permission to use the photo. The template follows the existing elevator encounter; it does not generate a birthday speech, cake, greeting card or a different ending.
Send a birthday message alongside the MP4, or add a caption afterward in a separate editor. The personalized video itself does not require caption editing.
Review before sending the surprise
Watch the effect reference first to check that this version fits your joke. Allow time for generation and review before the birthday; processing typically takes 5–10 minutes, but that is not a delivery deadline. Check the face in the headphone reaction and final close-up.
